We are passionate about making sure everyone gets treated fairly in society and in particular we want to make sure when you apply for jobs, you do not face discrimination or bias.
Some people think that this stuff doesn't really apply to them - but discrimination and bias can happen to ANYONE, When people hear diversity & inclusion they think its about the colour of your skin or your gender. Race and sex are indeed important elements but diversity & inclusion applies to us all. Depending on the role or sector you want to work in, there are lots of things that could unfairly be used against you!
By providing your details (totally voluntarily) it helps us make sure, everyone has a voice in the recruitment process!
How does it work
It couldn't be simpler!
All you have to do is answer some simple questions, about yourself and leave the rest to us. We make sure the people who have advertised the job understand how diverse and representative the candidates are BUT we do not give them name, your responses are anonymous.
